We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Electrical Engineer/Technico-commercial to join our team. This role combines technical knowledge with customer-facing responsibilities, offering the opportunity to grow both in engineering and sales.

Key Responsibilities 

• Work on electrical schematics and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

• Assist in the design and layout of electrical boards (distribution boards, panels, etc.).

• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding electrical products, installations, and solutions.

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and specifications.

• Support the sales team by preparing technical proposals, quotations, invoices and product presentations.

• Develop strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical expertise.

• Stay updated with new products, technologies, and market trends.

• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

 

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and electrical design software.

• Strong understanding of electrical products, distribution systems, and components.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical customers.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.

• Fresh graduates may be considered, but some experience in technical sales or electrical supply is an advantage.
